Development of innovative and clean harbours and coastal zones:

Combine harbours' economic development with improvement of the environmental quality and biodiversity protection.

The coastal zone in general and harbours particularly, focalize different competences. Intelligence, economy and durability. Three words to improve and  develop the urbanization while preserving biodiversity and anticipate a perfect management for all parameters. Tihis approach will allow a right control annd management of the areas in order to establish a new governance.

How to manage these harbours areas and coastal zones? Which are the process to put in place?
